Vikram, Jaipur. 28 March 2025 ko maine total $500 withdrawal request dala (bank transfer). 3 business days me $300 credit ho gaya, but remaining $200 abhi tak pending dikh raha hai. Support ne bola split ho gaya hai processing me, but 1 week ho gaya and no final credit. Please close the pending part and confirm transaction reference clearly.

Rahul, New Delhi. 12 April 2025 ko maine $300 withdraw request dala (bank transfer). Next day message aaya ki KYC re-verification chahiye. Maine same day Aadhaar/PAN and bank statement upload kar diya. Ab 4 business days ho gaye, KYC ‘in review’ dikh raha hai aur withdrawal hold pe hai. Support bol raha hai wait karo. Please clear KYC quickly and release my withdrawal.

Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal on 3 June 2025 for $400 to my bank account (same method as deposit/previous withdrawals). It’s been 6 business days and it’s still showing as pending/processing. Support replies, but they keep saying it’s under review with the payments team. I need a proper update with expected completion date, not generic messages.

Pehle mere withdrawals 3-4 business days me aa jate the, but is baar 5th business day chal raha hai. Support ko email aur chat dono pe ping kiya—reply aaya ‘finance team working’, but exact ETA nahi diya. Trading side ok hai, bas withdrawal timeline clear karo aur pending request jaldi release karo.
