I’m Omar from Ajman and I’ve been testing GTIO on a small account to see if it fits my day-trading routine. Execution on majors was mostly fine and I didn’t notice any crazy slippage during normal hours, which is the main reason I’m not rating it lower. Spreads were acceptable for my style, but the client portal/UI feels a bit rough around the edges and I had a couple of moments where I couldn’t quickly find basic things like statement exports without clicking around too much. Deposit was smooth from my side and it reflected fast, but overall I’d like to see clearer fee/processing info before I scale up. Support answered, but the replies felt a little generic and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct answer. Not a disaster, just not “polished” yet. If they improve the portal and make the info clearer, I’d consider using it more seriously.

I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall my experience with Startrader has been positive: orders go through quickly during normal market hours and the spreads on majors are competitive for the way I trade (short intraday positions, not heavy scalping). The account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t drag on. The trading platform feels stable and I haven’t had random disconnects, which matters when I’m managing positions around news. My only real drawback is that the deposit flow felt a bit more “manual” than I expected—there were a few steps and I had to double-check reference details to make sure the funds were credited correctly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I hoped compared with some other apps I’ve used. Support is polite and responsive on chat, though the first reply sometimes reads a bit templated and I have to ask a follow-up to get a direct answer. Still, they did resolve my questions without me chasing them for days. Would I continue using it? Yes, especially for the execution quality, but I’d like to see faster, more seamless funding and clearer timelines for withdrawals.

I’m Vikram from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD with a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable for me and the order execution feels clean during normal market hours. Spreads on majors were generally acceptable and I didn’t notice weird re-quotes when I was scalping small moves. Deposits went through without any hassle, but the withdrawal process felt a bit less transparent than the deposit side. I did receive my funds, but I had to double-check the steps and wait longer than I expected for the status to update. Support was polite and followed up, though I wish they gave more proactive updates instead of me having to ask. Not perfect, but for day-to-day trading it’s been solid enough that I’m continuing with it while keeping my position sizes sensible.

I’m Arjun from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on MT4 with LQDFX. Overall the trading side has been solid for my style (short holds and occasional scalps). Execution feels generally responsive and I haven’t had random disconnects during London open, which matters a lot to me. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly on my end. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal experience: it wasn’t a disaster, but it felt more manual than I expected and the status updates were not very clear. I did receive my funds, but I had to check in once with support for an update. Support was polite and didn’t try to push me into anything, but responses were sometimes a bit templated. If they improve the withdrawal status tracking/notifications, I’d rate them higher.

I’m Kavya from Pune and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall the platform experience has been smooth: orders go through without drama and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during active sessions. Deposits were straightforward for me and credited the same day. Where I think ADSS can improve is the withdrawal flow and communication. My first withdrawal went through, but I kept checking because the status messages didn’t explain the stages clearly (submitted vs. processed vs. bank side). It wasn’t a big issue in the end, just more waiting/refreshing than I expected. Support was polite and gave a reasonable explanation, but the response felt a bit templated. Still, for regular trading the service has been reliable enough that I’m continuing with it.

Platform is functional but the education section could be better. Had one delayed withdrawal that was resolved after follow-up with support.

I’m based in Ajman and requested a withdrawal after closing a small batch of trades. The request stayed in ‘processing’ longer than the timeframe shown in the portal. Support replied and asked me to confirm a couple of details (which I did the same day), but I still had to chase for an updated ETA. I’m not claiming the funds are lost—just that the timeline and updates were not clear and it created unnecessary stress.

I requested a withdrawal and it stayed in a pending status longer than the timeframe I expected based on the portal message. I’m not saying the money is missing, but the communication was vague—mostly generic replies and no clear ETA. I want a simple confirmation of the processing stage and a realistic timeline so I can plan my risk and cash management.

I requested a withdrawal after closing a small batch of trades and the status remained ‘pending’ longer than the timeframe I’m used to. I’m not saying it won’t arrive, but the lack of clear updates made it stressful. I contacted support and they were polite, yet the answer felt generic and didn’t include a specific ETA. I’d like more transparent tracking and a clearer timeline for processing.

I’m Ananya from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading part-time. My trading activity itself was fine, but my last withdrawal took longer than I expected. I requested a withdrawal after closing my positions and it stayed in a pending/processing status for several business days. Support replied and asked me to re-confirm my bank details and submit an extra verification document, which I did the same day. After that there were still no clear updates—just ‘please wait’ messages. I’m not saying they won’t pay; I eventually received confirmation that it was approved, but the timeline and communication were confusing. For a small retail trader this uncertainty is stressful, and I’d like clearer estimated processing times and proactive status updates inside the client area.

I’m Sanjay Singh from Kolkata and I’m writing this for UI testing. I requested a withdrawal and the status stayed on “processing” longer than I expected. I understand checks can take time, but what frustrated me was the lack of clear timeline—support replies were polite but mostly generic, and I had to repeat the same details more than once. I’m not saying anyone is doing anything wrong; I just want transparent ETA updates and an easier way to track where the request is stuck (verification, payment provider, internal approval, etc.). If they add better status notifications and a named ticket owner, this would be much smoother.

I’m Khalid from Sharjah (UAE). I requested a withdrawal and the platform showed it as “processing” for several days without any clear timeline. I understand checks can take time, but what bothered me was the lack of proactive updates—every time I followed up I got a generic response saying it’s being reviewed. I’m not saying the broker won’t pay; I just want a clearer ETA and a proper tracking/status explanation so I can plan my trading capital. Please add more transparent withdrawal status steps or provide a written timeframe after verification is completed.
