I’m Kavya from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall the spreads and execution have been consistent for my intraday trades, and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the platform when volatility spikes. Deposit was straightforward using my card, and funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected the first time—nothing alarming, just a bit more waiting and one extra confirmation step in the client portal. Support was helpful when I asked about account verification and trading hours, but I had to follow up once to get the final answer. If the client area UI was a bit cleaner and status updates were more obvious, it would be close to a 5 for me.

I’m Sara from Dubai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been consistent for my intraday trades, and spreads during liquid sessions feel competitive. I like that I can keep my routine simple: fund the account, place trades, and not worry too much about random platform issues. What keeps this from being a perfect score is the user experience around the client area. A couple of times I had to click around to find the exact report or setting I needed, and the confirmation emails felt a bit delayed. Nothing that stopped me from trading, but it could be more polished. Support was helpful when I asked about an account setting, although the response was not instant. Deposits were straightforward for me. Withdrawals worked, but one payout took longer than I expected (still arrived).
