Execution has been consistently quick for my intraday EUR/USD and gold trades, and spreads usually look competitive during normal hours. The overall experience is positive, but the client portal feels a little cluttered and it took me a few tries to find some basic settings and statements. Deposits went through smoothly for me, while withdrawals were generally fine but not always as fast as I expected on weekends. I’m Khalid from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD with IC Markets for the last 6 months on a Standard account. Execution feels quick during normal sessions and the spreads are consistently tight enough for my intraday setups. Deposits were straightforward for me and the funds showed up without drama. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is the initial onboarding/KYC process. It wasn’t “bad,” just slower than I expected with a couple of back-and-forth checks, and I had to double-check which documents they wanted. Withdrawals have been okay overall, but not always same-day—more like a routine processing window. Support replies were polite and usually clear, though I sometimes had to follow up once to get a timeline. Overall: solid trading conditions, and I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like slightly smoother account setup and more predictable withdrawal turnaround.
