I’m Arjun Kumar from Kolkata and I’ve been trading on this broker for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been solid for my intraday forex trades—orders go through without drama most days and the spreads look reasonable during normal market hours. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, which gave me confidence to scale up from small test lots. Where I think they can improve is the withdrawal flow: my first payout took longer than I expected because I wasn’t sure which step was pending (processing vs. bank side). It did arrive, but the tracking/status updates felt a bit vague. Support was polite and responded within the same day when I asked about the withdrawal timeline. I’d keep using them, just hoping for more transparent withdrawal status and estimated time windows.

I’m Mariam from Ajman and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade major FX pairs during London/NY overlap. The platform setup was straightforward and once I was live, order execution felt consistent with minimal slippage on market orders. Depositing was smooth and the funds reflected quickly, but the initial verification/onboarding step needed an extra follow-up because one of my documents was marked unclear. Support replied politely and fixed it, just not as fast as I hoped. Overall I’m satisfied with the trading conditions for what I do (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD, sometimes gold), and I’d rate it as a good option if you want a simple setup without too many extras.
