Solid execution, app could be smoother

I’m Khalid Hassan from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold. Overall my experience has been positive: spreads on my usual pairs feel competitive during normal market hours and execution is generally fast. I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I was able to get trading quickly without too much back-and-forth. Where I think there’s room to improve is the client area/mobile experience. A couple of times the dashboard took longer to load and it made me double-check whether my request went through. Nothing major, but it adds friction when you’re trying to manage positions quickly. Deposits worked fine for me and were credited within a reasonable time. Withdrawals came through, but not always as fast as I expected—still acceptable, just not “instant.” Support was polite and helpful when I asked basic questions about account settings and document requirements.
