I’m Khalid from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold with ICMCapital for about 6 months on a Standard account. The spreads on the majors have been reasonable during normal sessions and my market orders generally fill without surprises. I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t feel pushed to over-leverage. What kept it from being a full 5 stars is the overall experience on mobile—charts and order management work, but the app feels a bit heavy during busy hours and I’ve had to refresh a couple of times to see updated history. Support was polite and clear when I asked about account documents and swap details, even if the response wasn’t instant. Overall, it’s been a solid broker for my routine trades, with room to improve the day-to-day app responsiveness.

I’m Ananya Gupta from Delhi and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my job. I opened a Standard account and started with a small INR-to-USD deposit. Account verification was straightforward and the MT5 setup was easy. Execution has been fine for my style (mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD intraday). Spreads are generally okay, and I haven’t noticed anything suspicious like random price jumps on my end. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that my first bank transfer deposit took longer than I expected to reflect, and support replies were helpful but not super fast during peak hours. Withdrawals worked, but I’d like clearer timelines shown inside the portal instead of guessing based on emails. Overall, a solid experience for a standard retail account, just needs tighter communication on funding/processing times.
