Withdrawals did arrive, but the processing time felt a bit inconsistent—one request was fast, another took a couple of extra business days and I had to follow up once. Support was polite and gave clear instructions, though I’d prefer more proactive updates when a withdrawal is still “in process.” Platform-wise it does what I need, but the mobile experience could be more responsive when switching between charts and managing multiple positions. Still, for regular trading days it’s been a good experience and I’m comfortable continuing with them as one of my accounts.
