The good: order execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday trades). Spreads are generally reasonable during London/NY overlap, and I didn’t face random disconnections. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected quickly. The not-so-good: the client area/UI feels a bit old and sometimes I had to refresh to see updated balance/history. Also, on high-volatility news candles I noticed slippage more than I expected, which is not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. Support was polite when I asked about margin requirements, though the responses weren’t instant—more like a few hours later. Overall, I’m satisfied enough to continue, but I’d love to see a more modern dashboard and clearer trade reporting.

The signup/KYC part took a bit more back-and-forth than I expected (a couple of document re-uploads), but once the account was active it was straightforward to fund and start trading. The platform setup was fine and I like that the account reporting is clear enough to track swaps and commissions. Deposits were fast on my side. Withdrawals worked, but one request took longer than I planned for, so I’m not giving full marks there. Support was polite and followed up, even though the answers sometimes felt a bit templated.
