I’m Omar from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been stable during normal market hours and I didn’t notice anything unusual with fills on market orders. The signup/KYC part took a bit more back-and-forth than I expected (a couple of document re-uploads), but once the account was active it was straightforward to fund and start trading. The platform setup was fine and I like that the account reporting is clear enough to track swaps and commissions. Deposits were fast on my side. Withdrawals worked, but one request took longer than I planned for, so I’m not giving full marks there. Support was polite and followed up, even though the answers sometimes felt a bit templated. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m keeping the account as one of my regular options.
