I’m Rahul from Mumbai and I’ve been trading majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable and the spreads on the pairs I trade felt reasonable during normal hours. Execution has been clean on market orders and I haven’t seen random freezes. What slowed me down was the first deposit step. The payment went through, but my account verification and funding confirmation needed a couple of extra emails, so it didn’t feel instant. Once I was set up, things became predictable. Support is polite and replies within the same day for me, but sometimes I have to re-explain the issue when the ticket gets transferred. I’m keeping them as a secondary broker because the trading side is good, but I’d like the onboarding and funding flow to be more streamlined.

I’m trading from Delhi and I’ve been using Hantec Markets on a Standard account for about 6 months, mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD with small position sizes. Execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t seen any weird spikes on the platform during normal market hours. Deposit was straightforward using my usual method and the funds showed up without me needing to chase anyone. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 is the overall platform experience—sometimes the client area feels a bit slow on mobile, and the statements/reporting could be easier to filter when I’m trying to review a specific week. Support has been polite and generally clear. When I asked about margin requirements and trading hours for a couple of symbols, the replies were helpful and not copy-paste. Overall, it’s been a reliable broker for me so far, just needs a bit more polish in the user dashboard.
