Support at Hantec Markets answered my KYC questions within a few hours. The onboarding process was straightforward for a standard account from Al Ain.

I’m Ahmed from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable for me with decent execution during normal market hours and no weird surprises on my statement. The spreads are generally acceptable for my style (I’m not scalping every tick), and the cost structure is easy enough to understand. Deposit was straightforward and credited without any back-and-forth. Support answered my questions about account verification and trading hours clearly, though I did have to wait a bit during a busy time. My only real complaint is that withdrawals feel a little slower than I expected. They did arrive, but I’d like more predictable timelines and better status updates inside the client area. If they improve that part, I’d rate it higher.

I’m trading from Abu Dhabi and opened a Standard account with Hantec Markets about 6 months ago to focus on major FX pairs and a bit of gold. Overall the execution has been stable during normal market hours and I haven’t seen anything alarming in fills. Deposits by card went through fast and the portal is straightforward. My only real frustration is the mobile experience: some account pages feel a bit cluttered and it takes a few taps to find simple things like margin and swap details. Support was responsive when I asked about account verification requirements and they clarified what documents were needed without pushing me to deposit more. Withdrawals worked, but one of my transfers took longer than I expected compared to previous brokers I used. Not perfect, but reliable enough for my day-to-day trading.

Overall the platform experience has been stable and the spreads on the pairs I trade felt reasonable during normal hours. Execution has been clean on market orders and I haven’t seen random freezes. What slowed me down was the first deposit step. The payment went through, but my account verification and funding confirmation needed a couple of extra emails, so it didn’t feel instant. Once I was set up, things became predictable. Support is polite and replies within the same day for me, but sometimes I have to re-explain the issue when the ticket gets transferred. I’m keeping them as a secondary broker because the trading side is good, but I’d like the onboarding and funding flow to be more streamlined.

Overall the platform has been stable for my day trading and the spreads are generally reasonable during normal sessions. Execution is fine most of the time, although around major news releases I noticed a bit more slippage than I expected (not constant, but enough that I avoid entering right at the candle). Deposits by card went through without issues, but the initial verification/onboarding took longer than I thought and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was not accepted. Support replied politely and did solve it, just not very fast. Withdrawals arrived, but not always on the same timeline—one payout was quick and another took a few extra business days with no clear status updates in between. I can live with it, but I’d like clearer tracking inside the client area. In summary: good trading conditions day to day, average admin speed, and support is helpful but not instant.
