What slowed me down was the first deposit step. The payment went through, but my account verification and funding confirmation needed a couple of extra emails, so it didn’t feel instant. Once I was set up, things became predictable. Support is polite and replies within the same day for me, but sometimes I have to re-explain the issue when the ticket gets transferred.
