I’m Youssef from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform has been stable for me and order execution feels quick enough for my intraday style. Spreads are generally acceptable during normal market hours, although they widen a bit more than I expected around high-impact news. The client area works, but some sections feel a little confusing (especially statements and fee breakdowns). I had to double-check a couple of times to confirm what was applied on a trade. Support responded politely and solved my login issue the same day, but I’d like to see more detailed FAQs inside the portal. If they improve the reporting/statement layout and make costs more transparent in one place, I’d probably rate it 5.

I’m Youssef from Dubai and I’ve been using WinproFX for about six months on a Standard account. The platform experience has been mostly smooth and I haven’t had major issues with order placement during normal market hours. Spreads feel reasonable for the pairs I trade (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD), and slippage has been acceptable outside of big news. My main feedback is around funding/withdrawal communication. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but when I tested a couple of withdrawals the status updates were a bit vague and I had to check in with support to confirm timelines. Support did respond and eventually clarified the steps, but I’d prefer more transparent tracking inside the dashboard. Overall it’s a workable broker for my day-to-day trading, with room to improve the back-office clarity.
