I’m Hassan Al Mansoori from Dubai and I’ve been using ATGlobal on a Standard account mostly for EURUSD and gold. Overall the spreads and execution feel consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I didn’t run into surprise slippage beyond what I’d expect during news. What I didn’t love is the client area UX—some settings are buried and the verification/deposit pages feel a bit clunky on mobile. Support was polite and actually followed up, but I still had to ask twice about a platform setting before I got a clear step-by-step. I’d still keep them in my rotation because the trading side has been stable for me, but I’d like to see a cleaner portal and more straightforward in-app guidance.

I’m Neha from Mumbai and I opened a Standard account with ATGlobal about 6 months ago mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD. Account verification was straightforward and I was trading the same day. Spreads on majors have been reasonable during normal market hours and execution feels stable for my swing trades. Deposits worked smoothly for me, but the withdrawal side is where I felt the process wasn’t explained well inside the client area. My first withdrawal didn’t fail, it just took longer than I expected and I had to check with support to confirm the status and the cutoff times. Support replied politely and gave me a clear timeline, but I’d prefer more proactive updates. Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping they improve the withdrawal status tracking and communication.
