PAN aur address proof already approved tha, phir bhi ‘additional verification’ bolke selfie + bank proof again maanga. Docs upload kar diye 3 din ho gaye, but withdrawal abhi tak release nahi hua. Support sirf generic reply de raha hai. Please KYC complete karke withdrawal process karo.
