PAN aur address proof already approved tha, phir bhi ‘additional verification’ bolke selfie + bank proof again maanga. Docs upload kar diye 3 din ho gaye, but withdrawal abhi tak release nahi hua. Support sirf generic reply de raha hai. Please KYC complete karke withdrawal process karo.

Pehle mere withdrawals 24-48 hours me aa jaate the, is baar late ho gaya. Support ko WhatsApp pe 2 baar ping kiya, bas ye bol rahe hain ‘finance team checking’. Koi clear ETA nahi de rahe. Please jaldi process karo ya proper reason do.
