Rahul (New Delhi). NFP day pe main XAU/USD aur GBP/USD me trade kar raha tha. Suddenly spread bahut widen ho gaya and my stop expected se worse price pe hit hua. I understand volatility hoti hai, but yahan spread spike unusually laga. Maine ticket raise kiya with screenshots, but 3 days se proper explanation nahi mila, bas ‘market conditions’ bol rahe hain.

Main Arjun (Mumbai). Adx Standard se 6 working days pehle withdrawal request dala tha to my bank account (UPI deposit tha). Amount ₹41,000 approx. Status ‘processing’ hi aa raha hai. Support ko chat + email kiya, bas same reply milta hai ki ‘finance team checking’. KYC already done hai, phir bhi dobara selfie/ID maanga. Please clear timeline do aur withdrawal release karo.

Priya from Kochi. I withdrew once successfully, then on my next withdrawal request they put my account under ‘additional verification’ and asked for documents again (bank statement + selfie). I deposited via IMPS from my own account, so this repeat KYC is frustrating. It has been 4 business days and the withdrawal is still pending. Support keeps saying compliance is reviewing but no clear ETA.
