Support ko 3 baar mail/chat kiya, har baar bolte hain ‘24-48 hours wait’. Koi solid reason, compliance issue ya verification ka clear info nahi de rahe. Please resolve karo aur funds release karo.

Saeed here (Ras Al Khaimah). I requested a withdrawal of $500 to my UAE bank transfer on Monday last week. Status stayed as ‘processing’ for days. On day 3 they asked again for proof of deposit even though it was already submitted earlier. I shared the bank transfer receipt the same day, but now it’s been 6 working days total and still not credited. Support replies but keeps saying ‘finance team is checking’. Need a clear timeline and release of funds.

Support se 2 baar baat hui—bas same reply ‘banking hours’ aur ‘finance checking’. KYC already complete hai, phir bhi delay ho raha hai. Please ek proper ETA do aur withdrawal release karo.

Mumbai se Arjun. Maine Alrajhi pe 1 withdrawal request diya tha bank transfer (HDFC) pe. Amount $500 equivalent. Request Monday ko dala tha, ab 5 working days ho gaye aur status ‘processing’ hi hai. Support/chat pe follow-up kiya, bas bolte hain ‘team checking’. Koi proper reference number se timeline nahi mil raha. Please isko escalate karke exact ETA do.

Aarav from Mumbai. I placed a withdrawal request for $500 (equivalent INR) via UPI on Tuesday. By Thursday it showed ‘approved’, but amount hasn’t hit my bank account even after 4 working days. Support is saying it can take 3-5 working days, but if it’s already approved then why no transaction reference/shared proof? Please process it or provide UTR details.
