Normally 1-2 din me aa jata hai, but ab 5 working days ho gaye aur app me sirf ‘processing’ dikh raha hai. Chat support pe 2 baar follow-up kiya, bas generic reply aaya ki ‘team checking’. Finally amount aa gaya but delay aur communication dono poor the. Please processing time clearly mention karo aur status updates accurate rakho.

Main samajhta hoon volatility hoti hai, but is baar slippage unusually high tha. Please explain liquidity/price feed issue aur kya protection measures hain, warna news trading possible nahi rahega.
