New Delhi se. Maine 5 June ko USD 420 withdrawal request kiya (bank transfer). Abhi tak credit nahi hua. Trading side okay hai, but withdrawal me itna delay makes it stressful. Support ticket pe reply aaya ki ‘processing ongoing’ but koi reference/UTR type details nahi diye. Kindly escalate and confirm exact date when funds will reach my account.

I’m based in Chennai. On 1 June, I requested a withdrawal of USD 275 to my bank account (IMPS/local transfer). It has been more than 72 hours and I still haven’t received the funds. Support keeps saying the finance team is processing it, but there’s no proactive update or confirmation message. Please provide a firm timeline or a transaction reference so I can track it with my bank.

Jaipur se. ATFX pe 14 June ko USD 600 withdraw kiya (netbanking/local bank transfer). Ab 3 working days ho gaye but amount credit nahi hua. Support se chat kiya to bas ‘under process’ bol rahe hain. Please exact status batao and kab tak funds aa jayenge. Aise delay se trust issue hota hai.
