Rahul (New Delhi). Withdrawal request submit kiya tha aur ab 5+ working days ho gaye. Normally 2-3 days me aa jata tha, but is baar delay ho raha hai. Support ko ping kiya to same copy-paste reply mil raha: “processing with finance team”. Koi proper reason ya expected date nahi bata rahe. Please withdrawal complete karo ya clear update do.

Arjun (Mumbai). Maine Baraka se bank withdrawal request dala tha last week (Standard account). Amount chhota tha, but status abhi tak “processing/pending” hi show ho raha hai. UPI deposit to fast tha, isliye withdrawal me itna delay unexpected laga. Support ko 2 baar follow-up kiya—bas bol rahe hain finance team check kar rahi hai, koi exact timeline nahi de rahe. Please proper ETA aur reason share karein.

Support bas bol raha hai “finance team processing”. Exact timeline, cut-off, ya reason kuch clear nahi. Please withdrawal process fast karo aur transparent update do.
