Is wajah se expected se zyada loss hua. Main samajhta hoon volatility hoti hai, but itna spike without warning acha nahi laga. Please improve execution/quotes during high impact news or at least give clearer risk warnings.

Mumbai se Arjun. Maine Blueberry pe Standard account se bank transfer withdrawal request dala tha (Friday evening). Amount USD 500 equivalent. Abhi 5 days ho gaye (weekend count nahi kar raha), status ‘processing’ hi show ho raha hai. Chat support bol raha hai ‘finance team working’ but clear ETA nahi de rahe. Deposit UPI se instant ho gaya tha, isliye payout me itna delay unexpected tha. Please proper timeline aur confirmation do.

Clear info nahi diya ki typical processing kitna hota hai aur kya documents needed hain. Ticket raise kiya to email reply next day aaya, woh bhi detailed nahi. After the request, they asked for additional KYC (address proof + bank statement) even though my profile showed verified. Because of that, the withdrawal got paused and there was no clear communication on what exact document format was acceptable. Support replies are slow on email. It finally arrived after 4 working days, but I had to follow up twice on chat to get any update. The payout did come, but the communication is poor. Please improve tracking and proactive updates.
