Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal of $300 to my ICICI bank account. Status showed “approved” within a few hours but the money didn’t hit my bank even after 4 working days. Support keeps saying it will be credited soon, but no transaction reference has been shared. Deposits via netbanking are instant, so I’m not sure why payout timelines are not consistent. Need a clear update and expected date.

Rahul (New Delhi). Maine $750 withdrawal request kiya bank transfer (Axis) pe. 24 hours baad mail aaya ki “KYC re-check needed” and withdrawal hold pe chala gaya. Documents same hi the jo onboarding time pe submit kiye the. Mainne same day upload kar diya, but ab 5 working days ho gaye aur payout nahi aaya. Support bas bol raha “under verification”. Proper turnaround time and status update chahiye.

Arjun (Mumbai). Maine Bux Standard account se withdrawal request Friday ko raise kiya tha, amount $500 (bank transfer to HDFC). App me pehle ‘processing’ dikhaya, phir 2 din baad bhi same. Support ko email + chat kiya to bas yahi bol rahe “payment team working on it”. Koi clear ETA nahi, na hi proper reason. Deposit UPI se instant hota hai, but withdrawal me itna delay not acceptable. Please resolve and provide reference/UTR.
