Delhi se Rahul. FOMC day pe maine EUR/USD pe short position li thi with tight SL. Price spike hua and stop loss expected se kaafi worse price pe fill hua (slippage). Spread bhi suddenly widen ho gaya. I understand volatility hoti hai, but itna difference abnormal laga. Support ne bola market conditions, but detailed execution report/share nahi kiya.

Mumbai se Arjun. Maine Capitalindex se bank transfer withdrawal request Monday morning kiya tha (amount $500 equivalent). Aaj 4th day hai aur status abhi bhi pending/processing dikh raha hai. Chat support pe sirf generic reply milta hai ki finance team dekh rahi hai, but koi clear timeline ya reference number nahi de rahe. Deposit UPI se instant hota hai, but withdrawal mein itna delay unacceptable hai. Please verify and release ASAP.

Priya from Kochi. I placed a withdrawal request of $300 to my bank, and after it stayed pending for more than 24 hours, support asked me to re-upload KYC documents again (same PAN and address proof already approved earlier). There was no clear ETA provided even after submitting everything. This re-verification during withdrawal is very inconvenient and feels like unnecessary delaying.

Vikram (Jaipur). $600 withdrawal request bank transfer ke through dala tha. Pehle bola 24 hours, ab 72+ hours ho gaye. Support polite hai but bas “in process” bolte hain. Koi solid reason/ETA nahi. Please escalate to finance and share tracking details.
