Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal of $320 on 14 April to my HDFC bank account (bank transfer). It initially showed ‘approved’ and then went back to ‘processing’. It’s been 5 working days now. Support replies but only says to wait for the finance team. I need a clear ETA and transaction reference so I can track it with my bank.

I requested a withdrawal from my CFI Financial account and it stayed in a pending/processing status longer than the timeframe I normally see. I understand checks can happen, but the updates were not very clear in the portal. I contacted support and they asked for an additional confirmation, which I provided, but I still had to wait. I’m not saying the withdrawal won’t arrive—just that the process felt slow and communication could be more transparent.

Mumbai se Arjun. CFI Financial pe Standard account hai. Maine 22 May ko $500 withdrawal request raise kiya (bank transfer to HDFC). Status ‘processing’ hi dikh raha hai. Support chat pe bolte hain ‘finance team is checking’ but koi exact ETA nahi de rahe. KYC already completed hai and earlier small withdrawal 2 din mein aa gaya tha, isliye abhi ka delay confusing hai. Please clear timeline aur reference number share karo.

Rahul, New Delhi. 3 May ko $450 withdrawal request dala (bank transfer to ICICI). 2 din baad email aaya ki ‘additional bank proof’ chahiye, jabki deposit same account se hi kiya tha aur KYC pehle se verified hai. Maine statement submit kiya, but ab 4 working days se koi progress nahi. Support bas ticket number deke wait bol raha hai. Please process it fast aur document requirement upfront mention karo.
