Priya from Kochi. I placed a withdrawal request on 11 April for $350 to my bank account. It’s been 6 business days and I still haven’t received the funds. Chat support only says it’s “in process” and there is no clear reference or expected completion time. I need a proper update and confirmation when it will be credited.

Vikram (Jaipur). Mera withdrawal status aur account charges related query hai. 3 din se email follow-up kar raha hoon, proper response nahi aa raha—sirf generic reply. Amount $250 pending withdrawal ka bhi same “processing” pe atka hai. Please assign someone who can give a clear update and resolve quickly.

Rahul (New Delhi). Maine KYC pehle hi submit kiya tha, fir bhi withdrawal request (15 May) ke baad dobara same documents maange. Amount $420 hai aur ab 1 week hone wala hai. Support bolta hai “verification team check kar rahi hai” but koi fixed ETA nahi. Please finalize verification and release withdrawal.

Main Arjun (Mumbai) hoon. 28 March ko maine withdrawal request raise kiya tha (amount $500 equivalent) bank transfer (HDFC) ke liye. Aaj 5 working days ho gaye aur status bas “processing” dikh raha hai. Support ko 2 baar mail kiya, reply aata hai but exact timeline nahi dete. Please confirm kya documents aur chahiye ya kab tak credit hoga.

Sneha from Chennai. On 7 June during US news, my XAU/USD trade got slipped badly and stop loss was filled much worse than expected. The spread expanded suddenly and I wasn’t able to manage the exit. I’m not asking for impossible fills, but this level of slippage/spread spike is not acceptable without warning. Need an explanation and review of the execution for that time window.
