I requested a withdrawal and the status stayed as pending longer than the timeline I usually see with other brokers. I’m not saying it won’t arrive, but I would like a clearer estimated processing time inside the dashboard and a proactive update when it passes the expected window. Support replied that it’s ‘being checked’ and asked me to wait, but didn’t give a specific ETA. For UI/testing purposes: the main issue is lack of transparent progress updates and an unclear queue/processing stage.

Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account after trading XAU/USD. The request was placed on a Monday morning, but it still wasn’t credited by Friday evening. Support on chat said it’s “in process” but didn’t provide any firm timeline. Deposits via UPI were fast, so I expected the same efficiency on withdrawals. Need clearer communication and faster processing.

Rahul, New Delhi. Withdrawal request (bank transfer) ke baad they asked for KYC documents again (address proof) even though account was already verified earlier. Is wajah se payout delay ho gaya—request submit karne ke baad 5+ working days tak amount credit nahi aaya. Support reply slow tha and same template response aata raha. Please streamline KYC and don’t hold withdrawals without clear reason.

Main Arjun, Mumbai. Corespreads par withdrawal request maine Wednesday (bank transfer) raise kiya tha after closing EUR/USD positions. Usually 2-3 working days bola gaya tha, but 6th working day tak credit nahi aaya. Chat pe bas bolte rahe “processing team is checking” but koi reference number/clear ETA nahi diya. Deposit UPI se instant hota hai, but withdrawal mein transparency nahi mil rahi. Please at least proper status update do.
