Vikram Singh (Jaipur). 14 April ko maine $500 equivalent withdrawal request kiya tha to my bank account (net banking transfer). Ab 6 working days cross ho chuke hain. Dashboard pe sirf ‘processing’ aa raha hai, koi tracking ya reason nahi. Support ko mail kiya toh generic reply mila. Please resolve and share exact timeline.

Rahul (New Delhi). 3 June ko withdrawal request dala tha $500 equivalent to my bank via NEFT. Abhi tak credit nahi aaya (5+ working days). Support ne bola ki “documents mismatch” but same bank details se deposit hua tha. Maine cancelled cheque and bank statement dubara send kiya, still no clear update. Please expedite and confirm transaction reference.

Sneha from Chennai. I placed a withdrawal request for $500 to my SBI bank account after closing my EUR/USD positions. It has been 6 working days and there is no confirmation email or reference number. Support replies only after a day and keeps saying it’s “in process.” If there are checks needed, at least share the expected completion date. Please release the funds.

Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal of around $500 to the same Visa card I used for deposit. It’s been 6 business days and the portal still shows it as pending. Support asked for card statement and ID again even though KYC was already approved earlier. I can understand compliance, but please provide a clear timeline and complete the withdrawal. This delay is affecting my trading plan.

Main Arjun (Mumbai). 10 May ko maine Standard account se withdrawal request raise kiya tha (~$500 equivalent) to my HDFC bank account (same account used for NEFT deposit). Ab 7 working days ho gaye aur status bas ‘processing’ dikh raha hai. Support ko 2 emails aur ek follow-up kiya. Reply aaya ki “team checking” but koi ETA ya reference number clear nahi diya. Trading side theek hai, but withdrawal timeline itna unpredictable kyon hai? Please process it and share proper confirmation.
