Arjun (Mumbai). Maine Darwinex pe bank transfer withdrawal request Monday ko dala tha (around $500 equivalent). Status 4 din tak ‘processing’ hi raha, koi proactive update nahi. Support ko mail kiya toh bas yahi bola ki banks ki processing time vary karti hai. KYC already approved tha, isliye itna delay unexpected laga. Please proper ETA aur tracking type update do, warna trust impact hota hai.

Priya, Kochi. I requested a withdrawal of about $500 via bank transfer. The site indicated a typical processing window, but my transfer reached only after 7 working days. My bank confirmed there was no hold from their side. Support replied after a day and kept saying “intermediary bank delays.” If that’s common, please set realistic timelines and notify users when the transfer is actually released.
