Priya Nair, Kochi. My first withdrawal came in 2 days, but my second withdrawal request (₹30,000) has been pending for almost 5 working days now. Paid out to my bank account. Support keeps saying it is in the ‘queue’ with no exact timeline. This inconsistency is stressful when you need funds.

Arjun Mehta (Mumbai). Maine 23 May ko Dmmfx se ₹40,000 withdrawal request raise kiya (bank transfer). Aaj 5th working day ho gaya, status sirf ‘processing’ dikhata hai. Email/WhatsApp support se follow-up kiya to bas same reply: ‘backend team working’. Koi clear ETA ya reason nahi de rahe. Please withdrawal timeline clearly communicate karo aur request complete karo.

Sneha Iyer, Chennai. I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 to my bank account and it took 7 working days to complete. Throughout, support only shared generic ‘processing’ updates and no clear reason for the delay. This made me lose confidence in managing funds on the platform.

Rahul Verma (New Delhi). 10 June ko ₹60,000 withdrawal request dala tha. Ab 6 working days ho gaye aur abhi tak credited nahi hua. Mail pe reply aata hai but proper reference/ETA nahi. Trading side ok hai but withdrawal mein itna delay acceptable nahi lagta. Please process asap.
