I requested a withdrawal after closing a small set of trades and expected it to be processed within the timeframe shown in the portal. The request stayed in ‘pending’ longer than expected and I had to contact support more than once to get a clear update. Support did reply, but the responses were mostly general and didn’t include an estimated completion time until I pushed for specifics. I’m not saying the funds are lost—just that the delay and communication made it stressful.
