I’m Ahmed Hassan from Al Ain, UAE. I requested a withdrawal from my Fusion Markets account and the status changed to “processed” in the portal, but the money still hasn’t reached my bank. It’s been longer than the timeline I usually see, and I had to pause my trading plan because I was expecting those funds. Support replied politely and asked for a bank statement screenshot and the transaction reference, which I provided the same day. After that, the updates became slow and I’m still waiting for a clear ETA. I’m not saying the funds are lost, but the communication should be more proactive when a withdrawal goes past the expected window. I’m fine with extra compliance checks, I just want a firm time estimate and a tracking/reference that my bank can actually verify.
