I requested a withdrawal after closing my trades and reducing risk. The request was accepted but remained in a “processing” state for several days without a clear explanation in the portal. I contacted support more than once; they were polite, but I didn’t get a specific timeline—mostly general statements that it was being reviewed. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing. I simply want clearer status updates and a defined timeframe for withdrawals so I can plan my funds. Please provide a concrete ETA and improve the tracking/notifications for withdrawal requests.
