I’m Mariam Qureshi from Abu Dhabi. I traded on a Standard account for a short period and didn’t have major issues placing orders, but the withdrawal process turned into a long back-and-forth. After I requested a withdrawal, I was asked for additional verification documents even though my profile already showed as verified. Each time I sent what they asked for, I would receive another email a couple of days later requesting a slightly different format or an extra item (like an updated bank statement). I understand compliance checks are necessary, but what frustrated me was the lack of a clear checklist and timeline. Support replies were polite but generic, and I couldn’t get a straight answer on when the payment would be released. The status in the client portal stayed in a pending state for days at a time without meaningful updates. I’m not saying they won’t pay—just that the process felt unnecessarily drawn out and unclear. I’d like to see a single, upfront list of required documents and a more transparent ETA for withdrawals so traders can plan their cash flow.

Support replied politely and asked for an extra confirmation step (same bank details again), which I provided the same day. After that, I didn’t get proactive updates and had to follow up twice to understand whether it was still in processing or already sent. The money eventually arrived, but the delay and lack of clear status updates made planning difficult. I’m not saying funds were missing—just that the communication and turnaround time didn’t match what I expected.
