I’m Hamad from Abu Dhabi and I used Orbex for a few weeks mainly to trade major FX pairs. Depositing was straightforward, but my issue started when I requested a withdrawal. The request stayed in a “pending/processing” status longer than I expected, and I couldn’t get a clear ETA from the dashboard. I contacted support twice asking for a specific timeline and whether any additional verification was required. The replies were polite but generic (reviewing, please wait), and I had to follow up again to get a more concrete answer. Eventually I was asked to re-confirm some details, which I did right away, but the status didn’t change for another day. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing—I just want faster, more transparent handling and clearer communication on what step the withdrawal is currently in and how long each step typically takes.

I understand compliance checks can happen, but the updates were not very clear and I had to follow up more than once to get a status.
