I requested a withdrawal and expected it to complete within the usual timeframe shown in the portal, but it stayed in “processing” for several business days. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing—just documenting that the timeline was unclear and I had to follow up more than once to get an update. I’d like clearer status messages and an estimated completion date for withdrawals.
