I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi. My first deposit went through quickly and trading access was fine, but my first withdrawal experience has been frustrating. I requested a withdrawal and it moved to a “processing” status, then stayed there for several business days without any timeline. I contacted support twice. They were polite, but the answers were generic (they said it was under review / finance team is checking) and I didn’t get a specific estimated completion time or a reference number I could track. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing—I just want clearer communication and faster handling. If withdrawals can take this long, that should be stated upfront in the client area. What would resolve this for me: confirm whether any extra verification is needed, provide an exact ETA, and send a notification when the transfer is actually released.
