I’m Khalid from Al Ain. I requested a withdrawal and the status stayed pending longer than the timeframe I expected based on the portal message. I understand processing can take extra time on weekends or due to checks, but I would like clearer updates and an estimated completion date. Support replied, but the answer was a bit generic and didn’t confirm when it would be released.
