I’m Khalid from Sharjah. I requested a withdrawal after closing my positions and expected it within the usual timeframe shown in the client portal. The request stayed on “processing” longer than I planned for, and it wasn’t clear if it was a bank-side delay or an internal check. Support replied and asked me to reconfirm my payment method details and provide a short confirmation for compliance, which I did the same day. After that, I still didn’t get an estimated completion time—just a general “please wait” response. The money eventually arrived, but the lack of a clear status update made it stressful. I’m not saying anything unfair happened, only that the communication around the withdrawal timeline needs to be tighter (clear SLA, better status messages, and proactive updates when a review is triggered).
