On the positive side, orders on majors like EUR/USD and GBP/USD generally fill quickly during normal London/NY hours, and I didn’t notice strange requotes when placing market orders. Spreads felt acceptable on a Standard account, although they widen more than I expected around news. Where it falls short for me is the overall platform experience. The client area sometimes loads slowly on mobile data, and I’ve had a couple of moments where the chart refresh lagged and I had to restart the app. Nothing catastrophic, but it doesn’t inspire confidence when you’re managing trades quickly. Deposit was straightforward with my chosen method, but withdrawals took longer than the ‘usual timeframe’ mentioned in the portal, and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and did resolve my ticket, but the back-and-forth felt a bit too scripted. I’ll keep the account for small position sizes for now, but I’m not ready to move bigger funds until the app stability and withdrawal speed improve.
