Solid execution and straightforward platform, small admin friction

I’m Mariam from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold with a conservative risk approach. Overall my experience with Tickmill has been good: execution feels consistent during normal market hours and the spreads are generally competitive for the pairs I trade. The client area is also easy to navigate, so I didn’t feel lost when setting up the account and checking statements. Deposits landed quickly using my usual method, and the confirmation emails were clear. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that a couple of times I had to re-check my profile details and documents after making small updates in the portal, which added extra steps. It wasn’t a big issue, just a little annoying when you want things to stay “done.” Support was polite and answered within the same day for me. I’d like to see slightly faster turnaround on administrative requests, but trading-wise the experience has been stable and I’m comfortable continuing with them.
