I’m Youssef from Dubai and I used GKFX on a Standard account for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and gold. Execution felt stable most of the time and I didn’t notice frequent platform freezes, which is a big plus for me. Where it fell short was transparency around trading conditions. A couple of times I saw my overall cost per trade end up higher than I expected (spreads widening during busy sessions, plus some small charges I hadn’t mentally accounted for). Nothing outrageous, but it made planning risk a bit annoying. Deposits went through smoothly and fast. Support was polite, but answers sometimes felt scripted and I had to ask the same question twice to get a straight, practical explanation. Overall: workable broker experience, but I’d rate it average until the pricing/conditions are communicated more clearly.

Mostly smooth execution, app could be clearer

The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 is the client area/UI: some sections feel buried (like finding old statements and fee details), and the platform notifications are a bit inconsistent. Support was polite and did follow up, though sometimes I had to nudge them once to get the final answer. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like to see a cleaner dashboard and clearer wording around trading conditions.
