Support at Alchemy answered my KYC questions within a few hours. The onboarding process was straightforward for a standard account from Abu Dhabi.

Platform is functional but the education section could be better. Had one delayed withdrawal that was resolved after follow-up with support.

Gurugram se hoon, Alchemy Standard account pe 6 months se trade kar rahi hoon. Deposit UPI (PhonePe) se easy ho gaya, usually instant. Main USD/JPY, EUR/USD aur gold trade karti hoon. Trading side: app/terminal stable hai, par volatility me spreads widen ho jate. Gold pe ek do baar slippage notice hua. Withdrawal side: Kotak bank me ek withdrawal 3 working days me aa gaya. Next time 4-5 working days lage aur support ko reminder dena pada. Support rude nahi hai, bas proactive nahi hai. Overall mixed experience—3 stars.

The main reason I stayed is the platform experience: charts load quickly, order placement is straightforward, and my market orders on major pairs usually fill close to what I expect. Spreads on EUR/USD and GBP/USD have been competitive during normal hours, though they widen around high-impact news (which is normal, but I still avoid trading those minutes). Deposits by card were simple and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I hoped—one request took an extra business day compared to the estimate. Support has been polite and responsive through live chat, and they answered my questions about fees without trying to push me into a different account. My only real complaint is reporting: the account statements and swap/commission breakdown could be more detailed and easier to export. Overall, a solid broker for day-to-day trading with a few back-office improvements needed.

I’m Kavya from Chennai and I’ve been using Alchemy on a Standard account for about 6 months. The overall trading experience has been smooth for my usual EURUSD and XAUUSD scalps. Spreads were generally reasonable during liquid hours and I didn’t notice anything strange with order execution on market orders or basic limits. The platform UI is clean and the charts load quickly on mobile. What held it back from a 5-star for me was the deposit side—some payment methods I expected weren’t available for my region, and I had to try an alternate route to get my account funded the first time. It worked, but it took extra steps. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours, though I had one chat that took a while to get a response. Withdrawals were okay overall, but not as fast as I hoped—nothing alarming, just not instant. If they improve India-friendly deposit options and speed up withdrawals a bit, I’d happily rate it higher.
