I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been using Quanttekel on a Standard account for the last 6 months mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday trades. The platform layout is simple and I didn’t have to hunt for basic things like order history, margin, and open positions. Execution has been stable for me during regular market hours, and the spreads have generally matched what I expected from a standard account (not the tightest, but fair). Deposits went through without any drama, and I like that the confirmation emails are instant. Withdrawals did arrive, but one time it took longer than I expected because my bank showed it as “processing” for an extra day, so I’d rate withdrawals slightly lower. Support has been polite and consistent on chat. They answered my questions about swap/rollover and contract sizes clearly. My only real complaint on the product side is the account statement/export: the P&L breakdown and fees are not always obvious at first glance, so I had to cross-check with my own spreadsheet. Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love better reporting tools.

My overall experience has been positive: orders fill quickly during normal market hours and I haven’t noticed strange spikes on my charts compared to other platforms I track. The account setup was straightforward and the platform is stable enough for my day-trading style. What I liked: spreads felt reasonable on majors, and the trade history/export was accurate when I checked my journal. Deposits through card/UPI-style options were quick on my side. What needs work: the client portal UI is confusing in a few places (especially around account documents and funding methods), and I had to double-check which wallet/account I was moving money to. Support was polite and did help, but the first reply felt a bit templated. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m continuing with a small-to-medium balance while I test it further.

Good execution for my short trades, app could be cleaner

Spreads are generally acceptable for my style, although around major news the pricing widens more than I’d like, so I now reduce size before high-impact events. Account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t turn into a long back-and-forth. The trading platform feels stable, but the interface has a few rough edges (some settings are buried and the reporting/export could be clearer). Support answered my tickets politely and with actual steps instead of copy-paste, but I did have to follow up once to get a complete explanation. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my trading capital there, but I’d rate it higher if the UI and statement tools were improved.
