Execution has been consistent for me and I like that the pricing feels transparent when I compare fills during normal liquidity hours. The main downside is the learning curve—there are a lot of menus and settings, and it took me a while to configure watchlists, alerts, and order defaults the way I like. Once it’s set up, it’s fine, but the first couple of weeks felt slower than it should. Deposits worked without drama, and withdrawals arrived, but not always as fast as I expected (still within a reasonable timeframe). Support was helpful when I asked about account permissions and platform settings; responses were clear, just not always instant. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep it for execution and stability, but I’d love a more beginner-friendly onboarding flow for the platform.
