Stable execution and clear platform, but fees need more transparency

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. My experience with Hantec has been mostly positive because the platform feels stable during normal market hours and I rarely get disconnected. Spreads on major pairs were acceptable for a Standard account and orders generally filled where I expected (I’m not scalping, more swing and intraday). What I liked most was the overall account setup process and the basic reporting—easy to track deposits, open positions, and history without digging through too many menus. Support was polite and didn’t rush me, but sometimes the answers felt a bit scripted when I asked about specific costs. My main suggestion: be more transparent about all the small charges that can appear depending on payment method or currency conversion. Nothing dramatic happened, I just prefer seeing an upfront breakdown before I fund again. Overall, I’d still use it for straightforward FX trading, just with a bit more caution on the fee side.
