I’m trading from Dubai and I opened a Standard account mainly because I wanted something simple on mobile. The onboarding was quick and the interface feels clean, especially for checking positions and setting basic alerts. Execution has been fine for my swing trades, but I noticed the order preview isn’t always as clear as I want when I’m adjusting size quickly (I’d like a more obvious breakdown before confirming). Deposits went in smoothly, and withdrawals worked, just not as fast as I expected the first time. Support answered me on the same day and explained the steps without sending copy‑paste replies, so overall I’m satisfied. If they improve the order confirmation/preview details and keep withdrawals consistent, I’d rate it higher.

Withdrawal took too long and support didn’t clarify

Rohit Sharma, New Delhi. Used Baraka Standard account for about 4 months. Deposits through bank transfer (ICICI) were smooth and credited within a few hours. Trading EUR/USD and GBP/JPY was okay, spreads acceptable most of the time. The issue started when I requested a withdrawal of around INR 45,000. It stayed “processing” for nearly a week (5 business days). I contacted support twice and got vague replies without any solid timeline. The money did come eventually, but I shouldn’t have to chase so much for a simple withdrawal. If they fix payout speed and communication, it could be better. Right now I can’t rate it higher than 2 stars.

Clean app and quick onboarding, a couple of small frictions

I’m trading from Pune and wanted something simple to start with. Baraka’s sign-up and KYC were straightforward and I was able to place my first trades without digging through complicated menus. The app feels modern and the watchlists/price alerts are easy to use. What kept it from being a perfect experience is that I sometimes had to re-login after an update, and a few times the charts took an extra moment to load when my network was slow. Nothing major, but noticeable when I’m checking prices quickly. Overall, I’m comfortable using it for regular trades and learning, and I’d recommend it to a newer trader who values a clean interface.
