The platform execution feels stable during normal market hours and I like how quickly I can switch between timeframes and place alerts. Spreads are generally reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t had random disconnects. My only real frustration is that the cost breakdown isn’t always obvious to me at first glance—especially when comparing instruments and sessions. I ended up keeping my own notes to understand what I’m paying during busier times. Support was polite and solved my login issue quickly, but when I asked for a simple explanation of trading costs, the reply felt a bit generic.
