The platform UI feels modern and easy to navigate, and my market orders during London open were generally filled without any weird surprises. Spreads were reasonable on majors for my style (short intraday trades), and the mobile experience didn’t feel like an afterthought. What kept it from being a perfect score is the reporting side. I like to reconcile my trades weekly, and the statements/export formats took me longer than expected to map into my spreadsheet. Also, deposits were smooth, but I did have one withdrawal that took longer than I anticipated (not a huge problem, just less predictable than I’d like). Support was polite and got me the right links, but I still feel the documentation could be more straightforward for new traders.

I also liked that the account dashboard is easy to understand and I could track margin and exposure quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of small UX friction points. My verification wasn’t instant and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was “unclear” even though it looked fine on my phone. After that, everything ran smoothly. Deposits worked fine for me and showed up the same day, while withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected (still received them, just took longer than a local bank transfer).
