Clean app and easy to start, but pricing details could be clearer

I’m Mariam from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account mainly to keep my forex positions small and simple. The app is very clean and onboarding was fast, which I appreciated because I didn’t want a long setup process. Depositing was smooth and showed up quickly on my side. Trading itself felt stable and I didn’t have any random disconnects. Where I think BUX can improve is explaining costs/spreads a bit more transparently inside the trade ticket—sometimes I had to click around to understand what I was paying on a position. Support was polite and replied within the same day, but the answers were a bit generic. Overall it’s a good experience for a casual trader who wants an easy UI, but I’d like more clarity on fees and execution details.
