Overall my experience with GTIO has been positive—orders generally execute cleanly and I haven’t faced random disconnections during active sessions. Spreads feel reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), though during fast news candles I did notice they can widen more than I expected. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected in my trading balance without much waiting. The client portal UI is usable, but a bit confusing when you’re trying to locate statements and history exports—took me a couple of tries to find the right section. Support was polite and answered my ticket within the same day, but their replies were a little template-like and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a clear step-by-step. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t as quick as the deposit side. I’ll keep using it for now, but I’d like to see a cleaner dashboard and more transparent timelines on payments.

Decent execution, but the portal feels unfinished

I’m Omar from Ajman and I’ve been testing GTIO on a small account to see if it fits my day-trading routine. Execution on majors was mostly fine and I didn’t notice any crazy slippage during normal hours, which is the main reason I’m not rating it lower. Spreads were acceptable for my style, but the client portal/UI feels a bit rough around the edges and I had a couple of moments where I couldn’t quickly find basic things like statement exports without clicking around too much. Deposit was smooth from my side and it reflected fast, but overall I’d like to see clearer fee/processing info before I scale up. Support answered, but the replies felt a little generic and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct answer. Not a disaster, just not “polished” yet. If they improve the portal and make the info clearer, I’d consider using it more seriously.

Solid execution, but the app could be smoother

Overall the fills have been consistent on market orders and my limit orders usually get triggered where I expect, even during the busier London/New York overlap. Funding the account was straightforward and the deposit showed up quickly. Where I think they can improve is the mobile experience—charts sometimes feel a bit laggy and switching between timeframes isn’t as responsive as I’d like. Spreads are generally fine on EUR/USD, but I did notice them widen more than expected around major news, so I avoid entering right at the release. Support was polite and actually followed up on my ticket instead of closing it immediately. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t instant; it took a couple of business days to reflect on my side. Spreads are generally reasonable on majors and I like that the platform stays stable even when volatility picks up. My main friction point is the client portal UX. A couple of times I had to click around to find the exact report I needed, and the statements export felt a bit hidden. Support was polite and answered my questions, but it took more than one message to get a clear step-by-step for where to download the monthly statement. If they improve the dashboard navigation and make reporting more obvious, I’d happily bump this to 5 stars.
